Cookies
Our websites use so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small data packets and do not cause any damage to your device. Session cookies are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Persistent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or they are automatically deleted by your web browser. Cookies may originate from us (first-party cookies) or from third-party companies (so-called third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable the integration of certain services provided by third-party companies within websites, for example cookies for processing payment services. Cookies have different functions. Many cookies are technically necessary because certain website functions would not work without them, for example the shopping cart function or the display of videos. Other cookies may be used to evaluate user behaviour or for advertising purposes. Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process, to provide certain functions requested by you, such as the shopping cart function, or to optimise the website, such as cookies for measuring web audiences, are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified. Mandatory statutory retention obligations remain unaffected. The Usercentrics banner on this website was configured with the help of eRecht24. You can recognise this by the fact that the eRecht24 logo appears in the banner. In order to display the eRecht24 logo in the banner, a connection is established to the image server of eRecht24. The IP address is also transmitted in this process; however, it is stored in the server logs only in anonymised form. The image server of eRecht24 is located in Germany with a German provider. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), if this has been requested; consent may be withdrawn at any time. This website uses the Google Maps map service. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. With the help of this service, we can integrate map material into our website. In order to use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. If Google Maps is activated, Google may use Google Fonts for the purpose of the uniform display of fonts. When Google Maps is accessed, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. Google Maps is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online services and to make it easy to find the locations specified by us on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If corresponding consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s device, such as device fingerprinting, within the meaning of the TDDDG. We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. reCAPTCHA is used to check whether data entered on this website, for example in a contact form, is entered by a human being or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information, such as IP address, the length of time the website visitor spends on the website or mouse movements made by the user. The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google. The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place. In this context, Google acts solely as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR and will not use the data collected in this way for its own purposes. The tool is used on the basis of a data processing agreement (DPA) with Google. The storage and analysis of the data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web services against abusive automated data collection and spam.
